Continuum Media is an independent TV advertising company. At Continuum Media, we do not collect data directly from consumers, nor do we sell any information that could identify, relate to, describe, or be associated with a specific consumer or household. Instead, we leverage data through licensed agreements with reputable third-party sources known as "Data Vendors." Each Data Vendor is responsible for adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and their own privacy policies during the collection and provision of data.

If you choose to opt out of the collection of information by these TV Viewership Panel Data Vendors, you must do so directly via the instructions in their respective policies (linked above). Additionally, Continuum Media will no longer be able to leverage de-identified or any other data regarding your household from these Data Vendors.
Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information
We may collect non-personal information about your use of the Services through tracking technologies not apparent during use. This information is collected through software tracking technologies.
Examples of non-personal information collected via tracking technologies include user activity details, such as pages viewed, geographic location, and devices used.
